Mitad del Mundo y Class Dinner
Learning about the different cultures from the past helped me understand everything better. I was surprised about the cocoa industry. Even though I am a chocolate addict I have never learned that much about cocoa and how chocolate is made. Learning all about it fascinated me.
The food at Mama Clornida’s was very good. Trying the different foods made me branch out of my comfort zone. I do like to try new things, but sometimes I hesitate a bit. The empanadas, ceviche, the soup, all of it was pretty good. Even though my main meal was filet mignon, it was still a little different. The bacon was a bit different, it wasn’t as salty, and it was served with french fries! It's interesting to taste the subtle differences that make a huge impact on the taste.
