Since South America is an area which I have never been and not known much about, it is a good chance for me to have a trip there. I have already done many researches about the food in Ecuador, so I believe the foods will be very different than what I had before. Even some seem like very interesting and make me exciting about trying them during the trip, actually, I am worried about if I can get used to the food there or not. They might be fun to try, but not as usual as what I eat every day. Also, I know they dress differently in a more cultural way rather than how modern people like people in United States look like.
I have heard that there are many beautiful females in Latin-America. They all dress differently with a lot of cultural elements. Besides, I think people there are very enthusiastic (or maybe the most enthusiastic ones in the world). They speak either Spanish or Portuguese.
Since I am from China, where people are tend to be implicit, Latin-Americans might think I have a totally different attitudes in dealing with people. In their opinion, I might be too conservative rather than open mind to everything.
I believe the most challenging part will be getting used to the food in Quito. Also, the language will be a big problem, because I do not know any Spanish which local people in Ecuador speak. Obviously, communication somehow relies on the verbal transmission. What's more, the whether there could be a trouble since I am sensitive to the moisture which will make my Rheumatism become worse. Learning how to live somewhere I am not familiar with means I have to deal with a lot of basic necessities of life in order to live comfortably.
I am looking forward to learn skills about how to communicate well with people of whom I even cannot understand their language. And to have more ideas about how I should prepare and expect in a trip in a place I do not know much about. If I want to know more about how communications work in people's life, I am supposed to experience by my self and figure out what are some big roles that playing in humans' communication.
But whatever, the first thing I need to do now is getting ready to enjoy my trip. 😎
